Minnesota Home Loans
I offer a wide variety of financing options including FHA, VA, USDA Rural Housing, MHFA, and Conventional loans. Minnesota FHA Mortgages: Did you know that you don't need to be a first time home buyer to get a FHA loan? Right now, FHA is one of the best loan programs available due to flexible credit standards and low down payment requirement. Conventional Mortgages: If you do have a 10-20% down or some equity in your current home and excellent credit, conventional loans are going to give you the best interest rate. Minnesota VA Mortgages: Did you serve in the armed forces? Not only do I salute and appreciate your service, but you are able to purchase a home without any money out of your pocket. A VA loan is a great program because there is not any monthly mortgage insurance. Minnesota USDA Rural Housing: If you live in certain counties in Minnesota, you can purchase a home without any money out of your pocket and you won't have any monthly mortgage insurance either! There are income restrictions based household size, so please ask if you qualify. It is truly a great loan option! MHFA: This is another awesome program that can get you into a home with little money out of pocket! If you qualify based on your income, household size, and other restrictions, you can get a $3,000-$5,000 grant to use towards your down payment. County Grant Programs: There are numerous county grants that you might be eligible to receive. It will depend on what county where you are looking to live. There are also income, asset and property restrictions and requirements. To see if you qualify, please send me an email. * If file doesn't close on time, lender will rebate the lesser of $500 or .25% of loan amount. Lender must be given minimum of 21 calendar days from final acceptance of purchase agreement on Conventional, FHA, and VA loans and a minimum of 45 calendar days on USDA loans. |
